How to request access to the Wayne Health IT Portal ?

To request access to the Wayne Health IT Portal for submitting IRB forms

  1. Call the Wayne Wealth helpdesk at 313.448.9999
  2. Inform the service desk technician that you would like to submit IRB forms and need a IT portal account.

Information needed for a requester account creation:

  • Email address (Institution or business must have a current business agreement with Wayne Health)
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Work phone


The technician will create a requester account and send an activation email to the email address.

 

If you do not see an email in your inbox please check your junk folder.

Example email:


  1. Click on the link in the email
  2. It will open a browser window with the following screen.

  1. Enter a password.
  2. It must follow the following rules:

    Click the Activate your account button.

    This will open a window to our support portal.

    Close this window.  

    Click here to login Wayne Health IT Portal.

    Enter the email address that was given to create the account.

    Enter the password.

    Click Sign in

    The Wayne Health IT Support Portal will now be displayed with your Name in the top right.
