Navigate to the annotation workflow

Annotation overview
The annotation screen has been modified to include all the tools on the top in the form of a tool-bar.

Saving text for reuse
You can use the Saved Text option in the toolbar to save text that you frequently add to documents and re-use it. By using this option, you can avoid typing out the same text on multiple documents.
To save text
Click add to Saved Text after typing text into the text bar to save it for future use.
Select from Saved text
To access the saved texts, there are two options:
- Click the Saved Text > option below the text tool to display any text that you have saved. These options appear in their own list to the right of Saved Text >.
- Select the Saved Text option from the tool bar to see currently saved text.
To delete saved text
Select the remove from Saved Text option to delete the entered text from your saved text.
Click the trash icon to delete an entry of saved text.
To access recently used text
The Recent Text option from the tools menu shows the 10 most used or most recent text that you added to documents. This list is beneficial if you annotate documents with the same information (for example, common forms that require exact text from document to document).
