Accessing the Realtime Stats Page for call tracking

The following article provides step by step instructions for logging into the Realtime Stats Page, along with some functionality information.

Instructions:

  1. Search your email for Accessing the Realtime Stats Page for call tracking from [email protected]
  2. Click on the link in the email and use the credentials provided to log in
    1. If you are unable to locate that email you will need to call the helpdesk at 313-448-9999
  3. Once logged in you’ll be brought to the Home tab. Here you’ll want to make sure all available queues and agents are in the Selected columns. If you see any queues or agents in the Available columns just hit the green arrows highlighted below. Then click on Display Report.
  4. Once the next page loads you’ll be on the Distribution tab. Simply click on the Realtime tab at the top
  5. The Realtime page will show you how many calls are currently in queue in the Queue Summary section.
  6. In the Agent Status section you will see all agents associated with that queue, whether they are logged in or off.
  7. When you need to stop yourself from taking calls simply click on the man in the Actions column.
  8. Once you pause yourself you will not be able to take queue calls, but you can still receive direct calls. 
  9. To unpause yourself simply click on the man under the Actions column again.
  10. At the end of your shift click on the door next to the man in the Actions column to log off.
