How do I setup 2FA on Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator?

Two-factor authentication adds a second layer of security to your online accounts. Two-factor refers to using a smartphone or other device to verify your identity in addition to logging in with your Wayne Health credentials. Verifying your identity using a second factor prevents someone other than you from logging in with your credentials.


Setup Microsoft Authenticator

  1. Download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your Android or iOS mobile device.
  2. Open Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device.
  3. Click the + sign in Microsoft Authenticator.
  4. Select Other(Google, Facebook, etc.)
  5. On a computer open a browser.
  6. Click this link to go to2FA Green Rocket Self-Service Portal
  7. Click Assign a Token button.
  8. Select the Token Type: Authenticator app.
  9. Scan the QR code on the screen with your phone.


Setup Google Authenticator

  1. Download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your Android or iOS mobile device.
  2. Open Google Authenticator app on your mobile device.
  3. Click the + sign in Microsoft Authenticator.
  4. Select Other(Google, Facebook, etc.)
  5. On a computer open a browser.
  6. Download and install the Google Authenticator app
  7. Click this link to go to 2FA Green Rocket Self-Service Portal
  8. Click Assign a Token button.
  9. Select the Token Type: Authenticator app.
  10. Scan the QR code on the screen with your phone.
