How do I add my signature to Athena?

To upload a provider signature (from a file)

  1. Display the Provider Signature Upload page: On the Main Menu, click the Settings icon . Under MY CONFIGURATIONS, click Provider Signature.
  2. Click Choose File (or Browse) and select the image file to use as the provider signature. Note: The file must be in .png, .jpg, or .gif format. The maximum file size is 20 MB, and the recommended signature size is 200 x 75 pixels.
  3. Click Submit.

 

To create a provider signature using jotter

 

  1. Select the Jotter option. The Ink area for signatures appears.
  2. Sign your name in the box. You can use the Erase and Clear options to redo the signature.
  3. Click Submit
