An encounter plan links a set of diagnoses, orders and templates to an encounter reason or follow-up diagnosis.
Setting up encounter plans saves you time during Intake and Exam. When a reason or follow-up diagnosis is selected that has a linked encounter plan, all of the associated templates, findings, orders, and macros will auto-populate.
