Accessing Clarity Portal for Requests

Description:

Clarity is the Healthcare SafetyZone Portal® powered by Clarity [short-named Clarity]. Clarity is the Wayne Health organization-wide incident management system used for the following: 

  • Notification
    • Any Wayne Health employee can submit new incidents without log-in credentials. 
  • Documenting & Follow Up 
    • Wayne Health employees responsible for addressing the incident and completing follow up is required to use Clarity to document those actions. 
  • Reporting & Analysis 
    • Clarity has the capabilities to run reports for analyzing and tracking incidents for risk mitigation, management reporting, etc.
