What To Do After A Name Change Processed

This article describes what to do After your name change has been processed by IT. you will have to change your preferred name via Academica.

 

Instructions:

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://academica.aws.wayne.edu/ and log in with your Access ID and the associated password.
  2. Once logged in, click on the silhouette in the top right hand corner and select Account Management



  3. A new page will open, you will want to click on Preferred Name and then put in your new/legal name.



  4. After that, you will be all set.
