If you have an issue or request such as needing your MED Account unlocked, or need to add a printer you can reach us via one of the following methods.

- Phone: Call 313-448-9999 to talk with a technician.
- Website: Go to https://support.waynehealthcares.org/ then click on Report an Incident or Request New Service
For Athena issues you can go to https://support.waynehealthcares.org/catalog/request_items and select the appropriate request/incident form to fill out and submit.
