Submitting Tickets to the Wayne Health Helpdesk

Note:

Due to Wayne Health's Security Policy we cannot reset passwords via email, you must call us at 313-448-9999


Details:

If you have an issue or request such as needing your MED Account unlocked, or need to add a printer you can reach us via one of the following methods.

  • Email: Send an email to WHhelpdesk@med.wayne.edu
  • Phone: Call 313-448-9999 to talk with a technician.
  • Website: Go to https://support.waynehealthcares.org/ then click on Report an Incident or Request New Service
     

For Athena issues you can go to https://support.waynehealthcares.org/catalog/request_items and select the appropriate request/incident form to fill out and submit.
