How to set up your Password Challenge Phrase & Response

The instructions below are step by step details on how to set up your Password Challenge Phrase and Response. 

Note:

This is how the Wayne Health IT Helpdesk verifies your identity over the phone in the event you need a password reset.

Instructions:

1. Go to https://directory.med.wayne.edu 
2. Click on Your MED User Directory Info on the left
3. Log in with your Wayne Health MED Domain ID and the associated password
4. Once logged in scroll to the bottom on the page and click on the pen & paper next to change Challenge Phrase & Response
5. Choose a Challenge Phrase from the Dropdown menu below Please select your Password Challenge Phrase.
6. Type out your answer/response in the field below Please select your Password Challenge Answer.
7. Hit Submit Change
